Our Tomahawk Steaks are hand prepared by our head butcher, french trimmed for the connoisseur and the professional look for the amateur cook. Our Tomahawk is a prime cut, to describe it: essentially a meatier version of a prime lamb chop with french trimming ~ French trimming is a butchery term used to describe hand preparing a boned cut of meat, to exposing the bone and retain and present the prime meat.
