The 2019 single estate Bacchus has had plenty of time on its lees to give it the full fresh aromas and punchy green fruit, hedgerow and elderflower flavours of the best Bacchus wines, with a hint of lychee. This full, fruity wine is, surprisingly, technically very dry and pairs really well with fish, cheese and mildly spicy dishes. As an aperitif, it is a sure winner.
