Deboned Norfolk Quail supplied in packs of 2 (large quantities are available by contacting the HB). Perfect for stuffing and roasting, wrapped in bacon (not supplied) or served as they are, these jumbo quail are carefully deboned by our on site Master Butcher Paul. We leave the lower leg bones and wing tips on to provide some structure, but these can be removed by request.
