How do I register myself as a Harvest Bundle Seller?

In Order to register, please fill in a simple registration form. We will respond to you after receiving your information at the earliest.

I don’t have a website; can I still sell on Harvest Bundle?

You don’t need a website to start selling on Harvest Bundle. All you would have to do is list your products on Harvest Bundle and start selling.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

The courier service (DPD/APC etc) are able to leave your box in a safe place as specified by you under ‘Delivery instructions’ in your account. As it is perishable goods, it is not possible to re-direct a box once it is with the courier service.

How is the food packaged? How does the meat/fish/cheese stay chilled and fresh?

Your orders are delivered in temperature-controlled boxes with ice packs which keep your food chilled for up to 36 hours. 

Is there anywhere in the UK you can’t deliver? 

Unfortunately, the following postcodes are currently not covered by the courier for next day delivery so there is no guarantee it will arrive fresh. AB31-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY9, HS1-HS9, IM, IV, JE, KA-KA27-KA28, KW0-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH20-PH25, PH27-PH99, ZE.

 

Late delivery

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a delivery (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for customer patience if this happens – the producer will be doing their very best to sort it out.

If the items haven't arrived within the delivery timescales and the customer hasn’t heard from the producer, something may have gone wrong. Customers are encouraged to get in touch with the producer to let them know. Once they have done this, and if they would still like some more help, they should get in touch with us – we would be very happy to help.

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable: 

Perishable products (most of the goods sold on this site unfortunately, meat/veg etc.)

All images used are for illustrative purposes, thus delivered produce visuals will vary. But the quality of the delivery of course, will be better :)!

Complaints

Harvest Bundle sellers are committed to making sure that you are thrilled with your purchase of any product. Therefore, if you aren't satisfied for any reason with a non-returnable product do still contact the seller to let them know. In particular if the item has been damaged, or if they haven't sent what you ordered.
