Dampney’s Damson Gin is made using a blend of naturally ripened fruit from Wiltshire and Herefordshire. The fruit is steeped using the family recipe for 6 months or more to draw out the intricate flavours of the delicious but tart damsons. Hand pressed and filtered it produces a liqueur that is smooth but with enough bite to combat a chilly day.
