Our sirloin roasting joints have been traditionally dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days. This method enhances the flavour and improves tenderness.

A single roasting joint can be cut between 1kg and 5kg. We would recommend allowing 225g per adult portion and a little bit over for sandwiches the next day.
