Shopping tips to keep you on track

Rule number one - Stay Focused!

It is good to stay healthy when you are food shopping, if your larder is full of naughty little treats, you will be tempted to cheat!

A few ways to keep you on track...

  • Shop at a farmers market (online:)). Rather than a supermarket.
  • Buy foods that are in season.
  • Buy your nutritional supplements from a health food store, not a pharmacy as health food stores have a range and better quality brands.
  • Make a shopping list and stick to it. This will help you get all the vital nutrients from healthy foods and avoid processed foods.
  • Buy with thought

Then when you are home 

  • Cook with care
  • Serve just enough
  • Save what will keep
  • Eat what would spoil
  • Dont waste it!



Go the extra mile, its never crowded! Don't eat less, eat right.

Being fit is 80% diet and 20% exercise - you can't outrun the fork!

I don't mean to preach, just want to get you revved about eating well and living well!
